Lightening the load of pantry/fridge food for the upcoming move (see most recently 7.165 Hungarian Sausage…) — this weekend! — most importantly the frozen stuff.
Incidentally, I’d like to point out how much skill, patience, and attention is required to deep-fry frozen jumbo-sized dumplings to perfection (see for example 2.294 Deep-Fried Mandu — not for the part about mandu, but for the rest of it — which reminds me of when GMTD was still kinda fun, when I went out of my way to experiment with words like “anoesis”).
was this to make up for the low fat meal the night before??
