Recon mission to determine the menu for the upcoming year-end dinner with the K staff.
The dotori muk sabal, not on the shortlist of items for review but a sudden unsolicited request from W, turned out to be quite nice – light, tangy, bittersweet, refreshing – so it’ll be a welcome addition to the spread next week.
M’kay…. I have been waiting for you to feature Muk for so long, especially since Nokdo-muk is one of my favorite things in the world. All it needs is a teeny pinch of gochugaru, sesame oil, and gim, it is my favorite thing in the entire world.
i’d suggest also adding some soy sauce for seasoning, as well as some veg (see for example http://project365ki.blogspot.kr/2011/10/2299-dotori-muk.html)….
