Pan-Fried Pork Belly with Buchu & Eggs

The old family favorite of eggs, buchu, and garlic, stir-fried with oyster sauce and white pepper, plus pan-fried pork belly. If I hadn’t overcooked the buchu, leaving them rather limp, this could’ve been 4.0.
Incidentally, if pork belly seems to be a frequently used ingredient these days (see for example 10.121 Pork Belly Chili), that’s because W keeps buying it at the Korean market, then letting it sit around, until I’m forced to do something with it.
