Morcillas Fritas is a Spanish dish. Blood sausage (morcilla), pan/deep-fried (fritas). Typically served as a tapa.
I was expecting something like Korean sundae, but they didn’t seem to exude the same sort of bitter metallic tang that’s characteristic of cooked blood. Unremarkable.
I really should come here more often.
