Eating my way through the restaurant’s entire menu, currently at 222 items.

Tasted 2 new items tonight, bringing the total to 24 items tasted thus far, 196 items remaining, averaging 4.8 items per visit, on pace to finish at TEITY 47.

Whereas deep-fried tofu with seafood in brown sauce is my kind of thing, but I didn’t like the Braised Beancurd with Dried Scallops.  Not a fan of dried scallops, which impart a distinctly fishiness to the flavor profile – that’s what people like about it, but not for me.
