Squeezed in a pair of morning dives, this time thru Whitetip Marine Adventures — highly recommended; localized shower storms can be seen in the distance.

Personal Deviation + Mission to Nadi + Personal Deviation : Day 4 (see previously 6.102 B.B.Q.).

Arrived Friday morning, here through next Friday to attend a conference — details to come.

This is my second visit to Fiji (see most recently 5.180 Mahi Mahi with Snake Beans…).

Creative selection of dishes, including local-ish fare, more choices on the late-night menu, everything well made, promptly delivered, reasonably priced (2 FJD = about 1 USD) — room service at its best.

Still haven’t fully recovered from the kava on Friday.  Notwithstanding 9 hours of sleep, plus 18 hours of sleep the night before last. I barely managed to get out of bed this morning for the dives.  Upon returning to the hotel around 1400, I slept for another 9 hours, getting up just in time to order from the main room service menu before the 2300 cutoff.  Again, if it weren’t for food, I wouldn’t been completely lost.

By sheer coincidence, I had almost the exact same dish after my previous dive experience in Nadi (see generally 5.180 Mahi Mahi with Snake Beans in Lolo Sauce).
