Tap Station is a bar/pub, recently opened.

…as well as liquors, at the most reasonable prices that I’ve encountered anywhere in the world (100 PHP = about 2.2 USD) — and to answer the most obvious question : I sampled the Jack Daniel’s and Johnny Walker Black Label, two whiskies that I’m intimately familiar with, and they both seemed perfectly legit.

The food was okay. Shares the kitchen and part of the menu with the more established G Point next door. Mostly Euro/American standards, plus a few Filipino favorites. Nothing spectacular, but way good enough to support the liquid offerings that constitute the establishment’s raison d’être.

If the place were properly air-conditioned — there is an AC running, but no front wall, so it doesn’t make much difference — I could seem myself hanging out here.
