The OMG was crap. As personal experience in making this kind of “unfried fried chicken” has shown (see for example 1.036 Oven-Fried Chicken) — I blame the point-of-sale marketing, which made me hope that perhaps the pros could do it better — it’s still greasy but not as tasty.
