The only acceptable condiments for a hotdog are brown mustard (not Dijon, never ever yellow) and hot sauce (optional).   Ketchup is allowed only for those under the age of 8.

Come to think of it, the only applications that I would deem appropriate for ketchup are certain types of fried potatoes (french fries, tater tots, hashbrowns) and certain types of fried eggs (scrambled eggs, omelettes, and omu-rice).

The Texas Links were okay, if a bit too oily.
