Chili Spaghetti

Trying to recreate that dish from the liveaboard in Maldives last year (see 9.185 Chili Spaghetti).
I couldn’t bring myself to use as much chili as I should, same with the oil, and I didn’t sauté the chili long enough in the oil to extract maximal flavor and color, but it turned out okay.
