Shrimp Tacos

New item from Costco’s ready-to-eat section.  Deep-fried shrimp (14) + tortillas (14) + cole slaw (2) + chili mayo sauce (2) + pickled jalapeños (2) + lime wedges (2).

Not quite ready-to-eat, I reheated the cold/limp shrimp in the oven until warm/crispy, and zapped the stiff tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds until soft.  And added Cholula hot sauce to the spread.

Not a bad idea in theory, but not so great in execution.  Whether because of the deep-fried coating of the shrimp or the slaw or mayo or a combination thereof, the taco felt too heavy, even with the counterbalance of the lime, chilies, hot sauce.
