With tickets to Project Hail Mary, the plan was to have dinner before the show, but the service at the restaurant that we’d chosen was absurdly slow – took 20 minutes just to get a beer; the table next to us had been waiting over 50 minutes for certain items in their order – so we cancelled and bailed.
On the way to the theater, we dropped by our favorite mandu joint (see most recently 16.323 Ddeok Mandu Guk) for a couple platters – 4.5 minutes to completion.
