At The Pizza Peel, the Pizza Quattro Formagio (four-cheese pizza) consists of mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, and gorgonzola.  While the first two weren’t particularly noteworthy, the ricotta provided a comfortingly creamy undertone with the gorgonzola providing a tangy counterpoint.  At 17,000 won, their most expensive fixed menu item.  Pretty good overall but perhaps a bit over-priced relative to their other offerings.

The Pizza Peel remains my favorite destination for pizza, all things considered.
