Project 30/30/30: 32 of 45 (see also 45/45/45)

Throughout the past November, I challenged myself to eat 30 dishes from 30 countries over the course of 30 consecutive days – and succeeded.  I will continue the project until I run out of dishes or countries or restaurants or steam or money, aiming for 50.

Malaysia is the 32nd country.

Cucur Udang is a Malaysian dish.  It’s a fritter (“cucur”) of shrimp (“udang”), plus garlic chives.  I found the recipe on line.

It didn’t turn out so well.  With apologies to Malaysia, I‘d rather not waste any more time even thinking about it.

If the project is going to result in crap like this, then I’m already regretting the decision to keep it going.
