Mirza Ghasemi is a Persian/Iranian eggplant dish. Consists of eggplant, ideally roasted, then mashed and mixed with tomato puree and minced garlic, seasoned with various spices. Like baba ghanoush but with kick. Served as a dip with flatbread or as a side dish with grilled meats.
My second visit to this place (see most recently 5.080 Arya Shishlik).
Confirming my prior impression, the food was blah overall.
