Pan-Seared Salmon with Cucumber in Tzatziki

Tzatziki is a Greek condiment.  Yogurt base, delicately laced with grated cucumber, plus lemon juice, garlic, and seasonings.  Ubiquitous topping for a wide range of dishes, from sandwiches to grilled meats (see for example 3.318 Chicken Souvlaki).

My first attempt, not bad.

As part of this dish, the cucumber slices didn’t work.
