Riding high on the cauliflower wave (see most recently 6.258 Pan-Seared Scallops & Cauliflower…).

As always, culturally appropriate with the booze.
Chunky tzatziki (substitute for sour cream) + salsa (from a jar)
Because whole wheat tortillas seem marginally healthier, even though they taste like cardboard.
