If not my personal favorite, Li Li holds strong as the best restaurant in the neighborhood (see most recently 6.276 Wok-Fried Diced Beef…).
What I’d hoped to be slam dunk dish turned out somewhat disappointing. The components individually — scallops, silky tofu, kailan, as well as the black bean sauce — each okay. But together, no harmony.
