Actually, with the rice and gravy, it’s definitely “Filipino Style” (see generally 7.098 It’s Big! …) than (American) “Southern Style.”
The chicken itself was way too salty.
Which was good for W, who’d enjoyed a bland meal for lunch, on the plane back to Manila (see previously 7.299 Double MNM).
