Rice – hot or cold – drowned in water/tea – hot or cold – unceremoniously brought together as a quick-fix meal – usually with a side of kimchi or any available banchan.  Not really a dish per se, no name for it, though a very common preparation at home, often as a simple comfort food – like for a sick person.

By contrast, Japanese chazuke is a more formal dish that involves rice in a seasoned tea/soup base with toppings.
