Koreans in Manila thrive with the support of a well-established social infrastructure, including Korean-Chinese food available on delivery.
The food takes over an hour to arrive – partly because kitchens in the Philippines are slow, partly because of Manila traffic – by which time everything’s kinda tepid and the noodles are somewhat bloated. Still good – ish.

However, I’m beginning to get a bit queasy at the thought of generating so much plastic waste for the sake of one convenience meal.
