SM Aura Premier Mall offers a Weekend Gourmet Fair, where local businesses set up stands along the basement thoroughfare to sell various foodstuffs.

I’d never much been interested, but tonight this beef station caught my eye.  I can’t resist big meat slabs.

It was okay.  Actually barbecued brisket, not roast beef.  Nicely seasoned, though a bit much on the bits of rosemary and whole black peppercorns.  Well-cooked to silky softness, but too much fat.  Would’ve been more palatable had I eaten it as part of a broader meal (e.g., with vegetables and rice/potatoes), rather than as a stand-alone piece of meat.
