Linguine alla Puttanesca
-Oksu, Seongdong, Seoul, Korea-
Puttanesca is an Italian dish. It’s a style of pasta, typically spaghetti, with olive oil, garlic, olives, capers, tomatoes, sometimes anchovies, sometimes chili flakes. In any case, it’s meant to be quick and easy (to make), and pungent (in flavor) – hence the name, which in Italian means “prostitute,” which is gross.
