As previously noted, we have a lot of chicken these days because of Louis Le Pieux’s diet (see previously 17.129 Dak Kal Guksu); I set aside the stock and some of the meat from every new batch to feed the humans of the family.

Having given so much business to Shanghai over the years (see generally 17.135 Bokjja Myeon), I’m hoping that they wouldn’t mind that I’ve swiped a few of their plates, which I regularly use for meal prep (see for example 15.300 Pan-Fried Doufu with Cabbage).
