Palancares is a Spanish food company.  Specializes in cheeses.  Based in Murcia, Spain.

The brand is available at E-Mart.

Though not (yet) a big fan of cheese, I am growing to appreciate certain soft Spanish varietals, so I picked up a few packages on spec.

Queso Tierno is a type of Spanish cheese.  A subset of queso blanco, characterized by white color, soft texture, and light taste.

I loved it.  Super tender, delicate milky flavor.  Best cheese that I’ve ever encountered, certainly in recent memory.  Finished the entire pack in a single sitting.  Can’t wait to try the other varietals.
