Bukchon Son Mandu is a Korean restaurant chain.  Specializes in hand-made mandu, as well as naeng myeon.  Currently 18 stores, mostly in and around Seoul.

The Wirye branch recently opened in Apl Tower, site of the former Kim Jonggu Busan Eomuk (see 12.304 Busan Eomuk).

As with any mandu joint in Korea, the options are all kinda the same: thin wonton skins, filled with either meat or meat+kimchi, steamed or deep-fried.

The modum (“everything”) set included 4 types: 2 steamed meat mandu + 1 steamed kimchi mandu + 3 deep-fried mandu + 3 gulim mandu.

Gulim mandu (bottom right) is skinless mandu, just a meatball.

The dumplings were okay, pretty much like any mandu anywhere in Korea (see for comparison 12.127 Modeum Mandu).
