Gourmet Tomato Cheese Pizza is a frozen pizza from CJ Foods.  Pre-cooked, suggested to air-fry or microwave to reheat.

I was gratified to find another meatless pizza in the store, a rarity these days in Korea (see also 13.246 Cheese Waterfall Chicago Chef Classic Tomato Pizza).

As I was trying to get a better angle on the photo, I brought the flame a bit too close and scorched the cheese a bit.

I cooked the pizza in 3 ways: first in the air-fryer to defrost, onto a hot frying pan to make the crust crispy, simultaneously with a torch from the top to blister the cheese, as if in a wood-fired oven.

Both crispy and slightly charred, as if from a wood-fired oven.

Meh.  The texture was pretty decent, further enhanced by the 3-way cook.  Even the cheese was reasonably tasty, not too rubbery.  But the sauce was unforgivably sweet.  I had to tear the cheese off, scrape away as much of the sauce as I could, then put the cheese back on.  Never again.

Strangely, the sauce included bits on onion.
