As a daily record of my eating habits, GMTD reminds me when I could be doing better.  Over the last 30 days, I count a sad total of 13 meals at home, 1 of which was made by W, 4 were instant/frozen, 1 was a meal kit.

Today’s dinner was a meal kit, with instant noodles, cooked by W.  At the last minute, perhaps feeling the need to make it a bit more like real food, I dropped in a couple eggs.
