Gimmari (삼거리 분식) is a Korean dish.  Glass noodles, wrapped with dried laver into a tube, dipped in batter, deep-fried, then cut into bite-sized cross sections before serving.  One of the essential varieties of twigim at traditional street food carts (see generally 3.164 The Trinity).

The Pentad [clockwise from top left]: ddeokbokki + twigim (gimmari), gimbap, odeng, sundae.
Meh.  While I’m not a huge fan of gimmari, the ones here were even more blah/bland than usual, and kinda greasy.
