Thailand Banchan Gage (태국반찬가게) is a Thai restaurant.  Accessible via mobile delivery apps (uncertain if it has a brick-and-mortar store).

The food wasn’t great but felt authentic, as if prepared by an amateur Thai cook.  The cilantro garnish was an important clue.  W noted that the somewhat awkward descriptions on the app suggests that a non-Korean was involved, at least in setting up the page.  I will explore this vendor further…
