Chicken Fried Rice

Until tonight, I’d eaten at this restaurant only once prior – exactly 2 years ago (see 12.238 Bun Cha), which I didn’t realize until writing this.

The fried rice was somewhat hit, mostly miss. The flavor was good, with strong wok hei. But made with standard Korean-style (short grain) rice, the texture was kinda wet and sticky. Sad that the kitchen has proper technique but improper ingredients.
