No restaurant that I have experienced in Korea has offered me a version of pad gaprao better than what I make at home, which would seem hard to believe, because the dish isn’t that difficult to make, and I’m no expert in cooking Thai cuisine, but then again not so hard to believe, because Koreans can’t resist Koreanizing a foreign dish in an attempt to make it more appealing to local palates (see most recently 15.151 Pad Gaprao Mossap), even though the original dish is perfectly fine as is, even for the local yokels.
