On the drive home, an unusually stunning sunset over the Han River, reminding me of daily sunsets over Manila Bay (see 5.343 Cham Pong Myun) – I was told that the pink, while pretty, actually results from air pollution, which made sense in the Philippine context, and now apparently a sign of worsening conditions here.
