This used to be one of my favorites items at Costco, back when I was a regular customer, though it’s surprisingly been featured only once in GMTD history, back when it was called “roast chicken” (see 1.162 Roast Chicken).

Previously sold in plastic tubs, which could be opened and served as is; the plastic bags are admittedly more eco-friendly but require that the chicken be transferred to a separate serving dish, preferably over the sink (in case of drippings).

Still good.

The primary objective of the Costco run was to get pickles.
