Following yesterday’s bossam (15.295 Mom’s Bossam Kimchi (+ Bossam)), we had the ggakdugi today.

Wanting the meal to focus primarily on the kimchi, I just paired the ggakdugi with pork belly slices, seasoned with salt+pepper and roasted in the oven.

Awesome, though not perfect (Mom does other kimchi better).
