Try Every Italianish Eatery in Wirye (TEIEW)

The dish was excellent.   More outright cream than rosé (“di rosa”), the sauce was very nicely balanced with strong flavor of crab (“di granchia), even without much visible crab meat, which presumably had disintegrated into the sauce.  But the spaghetti felt a bit weak, would be better with a heftier pasta (e.g., tagliatelle).  The restaurant’s flagship item, due in large part to the dramatic plating, but worth the hype.

Now unquestionably the best Italian restaurant in Wirye, according to GMTD (see generally 15.257 Rucola Gamberoni Pasta).
