Dubu steak is not really a thing, as far as I’m aware, though I’d imagine that variations are done at random here and there.

Back in Cycle 3, the blog reviewed a pair of ill-fated tofu products by Pulmuone that were kinda similar in concept (see generally 3.230 Dubu Seon).

The J-Mart version comprises tofu that’s been mashed and processed with some sort of binder, seasoned and mixed with minced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, carrots), formed into a thick (heart-shaped) slab, coated with egg wash and pan-fried like jeon.

Meh.
