Chicken Kimchi Fried Rice

Following a book fair at Dulwich a couple weeks ago, we were invited by the school to participate as a vendor at the WISE (Women in International Schools Empowerment) conference, which they hosted over the weekend.  This afternoon, the program included a pop-up marketplace for Korean cultural products, where we offered a wide range of K-LIT titles and non-fiction works on empowerment and other issues.

Didn’t really sell much, but made some potentially fruitful connections.

Hate to reconfirm that the food here is not very impressive.   Oddly, the kimchi fried rice included strips of chicken breast (imbedded) and scrambled eggs (on the side).   Still, I was grateful to be fed.  By weird coincidence, the prior post at the school was exactly 2 years ago yesterday (see 14.048 Ramen etc).
