Since my prior visit last November, I was happy to find that they now offer draft beer.   But if the beer isn’t going to be Mexican, then I would’ve preferred a local/cheaper brew.

Heineken: I doubt that anyone at HQ realizes the incongruity of serving a Dutch beer at a supposedly Mexican restaurant.
Forgot to ask the brand of tequila, though I’m sure it ain’t Jack.

In a prior post featuring buldak sauce: “I’ve never tried the dish, never encountered it on a menu, and probably wouldn’t have ordered it if the opportunity had presented” (see 14.024 Hot Ones: The Korean Edition).

Well, at long last, the opportunity presented.  God Eat has added buldak to the menu in the form of tacos and enchiladas.  And so I ordered – fortunately, they sell tacos one at a time.

The color and sheen reminded me of the Capsaicin Sauce from the hot sauce challenge.

It was god awful.  Spicy in a nasty way, as if chemically engineered just to illicit pain. Within seconds of the first bite, sweat exploded from my head.  Didn’t bother with the rest.  Difficult to believe that anyone would actually enjoy this – can’t possibly remain on the menu for long.
