How to Enjoy Nunggot Dweji
- If wanting to taste the true flavor of the meat – a bit of kosher salt.
- If wanting to balance out the greasiness and experience a lighter flavor – wrap the meat in wasabi-pickled leaves or add fresh wasabi.
- If wanting to taste the meat’s richness and pickled anchovy’s depth – dunk in the pickled anchovy sauce.
