Still recovering from my trip to Indonesia (see generally 16.288 Fried Chicken Nusantara (Quarter Chicken Package)), still craving comfort food.  While prior renditions of the dish were more austere (see 16.256 Seujitang), I made this one more “comforting” with the addition of napa cabbage + carrots + egg.
