Bean Curd with Broccolini in White Pepper Sauce

Having purchased way too much broccolini a while back, and going on a business trip for the next few days, I trimmed off all the florets to make tonight’s dish – essentially the same thing as the first application with the broccolini (see generally 17.046 Shrimp with Broccolini in White Pepper Sauce) – and reserved the stems, hoping that they’ll keep until my return.
