Sicilian Sausage is an Italian sausage. Typically made with pork and seasoned with fennel seeds. Traditionally grilled over open coals/flames to impart smoky flavor and achieve crispy exterior.
It was okay. But too heavy on the fennel, every bite containing at least 3-4 whole seeds.
