Even in the midst of a long bike ride, we couldn’t resist stopping for a quick drink of mageolli (rice wine) and boiled dubu (tofu) – which tastes like boiled dubu (tofu) – as well as boiled eggs, kimchi, and dried anchovies.

These kinds of pirate operations can be so tantalizing, precisely because they’re so grungy.
