Golbaengi (골뱅이) is a Korean dish.  Consists of sea snails, usually translated as “bai-top shells” or “moon snails” in English, which come shelled, cooked, and canned in a sweetish briny solution.  Mixed with onions/scallions/garlic, sometimes cucumbers/carrots, seasoned with chili paste/chili powder/sesame oil/sugar.   Often served with boiled noodles on the side – “sari” refers to any additional noodles on the side – which help to mop up the spicy sauce.  Technically, “golbaengi” refers to the snails themselves, but they’re always prepared in this manner, so the term is synonymous with the dish, sometimes referred to more precisely as “golbaengi muchim (salad).”
