Ojingeo bokkeum (오징어볶음) is a Korean dish.  Consists of squid (ojingeo) and various aromatic vegetables, typically garlic, leeks, onions, bell peppers, and carrots, stir-fried (bokkeum) with gochujang and soy sauce and sugar and sesame oil.  Always eaten with steamed rice.  It’s essentially identical to stir-fries that feature octopus (see for example 2.005 Jjuggumi Deopbap; 2.027 Nakji Bokkeum).
