Pork Schnitzel with Mozzarella in Tomato Sauce

An all-time favorite during Cycle 1 (see 1.002 Pork Schnitzel), inexplicably absent throughout Cycle 2, schnitzel makes a triumphant return. I have yet to solve the sauce issue. The last-minute additions of mozzarella and tomato sauce here were okay, even though the resulting dish seemed more Italian-American than what I imagine schnitzel would be like in Austria. Still good as ever.
