As I mentioned once in a prior post (see 2.023 Yuni Jjajang Myeon), I insist on a good meal the evening before getting on an airplane – just in case it crashed, I’d go with one less regret.  That meal usually involves jjajang myeon, my favorite dish of all time.  For some reason or another, I haven’t been maintaining that tradition these days, failing to do so on my 3 most recent trips.  I’m off to Hong Kong tomorrow, so I had jjajang myeon for dinner tonight.

Fingers crossed, the next 3 posts will feature Cantonese, my favorite cuisine of all time.
