Gukbab (more like Galbi Tang)

Not really what I would consider gukbab in the traditional sense (see for comparison 3.214 Ugeoji Tang), but that’s what my mother called it as she plunked the bowl on the table – I think she meant it literally, as the rice was already in the soup.  The dish was closer to galbi tang, both in appearance and composition and taste.

I stopped by after work to help her set up computer equipment.  She gave me dinner.
