Jabtangbab is a Korean-Chinese dish. Comprises mixed seafoods and vegetables in a spicy garlic gravy, served over rice. The term means “mixed (jabtang) rice (bab).” It’s essentially/exactly palbochae, served over rice – it should just be called “palbochaebab.” It’s usually one of the most expensive dishes on the “meals” part of the menu.
